PRODUCT DATA
Legionella heat-killed antigens are prepared from pure cultures grown for 24 hours at 37C in 2.5% CO2 on our modified BCYE media. Cell suspensions are adjusted to give 100-200 cells per 1,000X microscope field. They are in a phosphate buffer with a clear mordant to assist in the attachment of the cells to the slide.
Legionella pneumophila serogroups 1-14. DFA Control Slide (not for ifa testing)
